     - **a.** The sober monitor (party chore) will help support bands/performers during events/parties. They will work with the bands person (party chore) to manage performer needs (such as parking, sound equipment, and set-up/tear down). This person shall communicate clearly with both the performers and the house regarding all relevant issues with performers and the house.
     - **b.** Performers for house parties and events shall communicate with the bands person and the sober monitor about parking, including a description of their car, where they will be parking in the Vesta parking lot, and how long they will leave their car in the parking lot. Any performer that does not communicate with the bands person and sober monitor is subject to having their car towed, as outlined in the parking and towing policy of article IX. Neither the bands person nor sober monitor nor any Vesta member is responsible for parking fines or damages a performer incurs if they do not communicate their parking situation/needs with them.
