+====Article IX: Parking and Towing Policy====
 +
+Vesta reserves the right to tow any unidentified car in the Vesta parking lot, including cars parked in Orion’s and Bower’s parking spots. If an unidentified car is in any of Vesta’s parking lot spots and a member needs to use their spot, they should ask if anybody from nearby houses (Orion, Beal) has parked there. They should also ask in the MAC Familiars and Cooperative Members group chats on Snapchat. If nobody responds within an hour, the unidentified car is getting towed. If this issue arises with Orion or Bower’s parking spots, the membership officer from Vesta should reach out to those houses. If the affected member from Orion/Bower wants Vesta to handle the matter, then the membership officer from Vesta shall follow the procedures listed above on the affected member’s behalf. If the affected member wants to handle the matter, they will follow their house constitution’s policies for towing cars and handle the matter.

*While it seems odd that we give Bower one of our parking spots, (considering we do not live close to Bower) it’s because each house is required to have a certain number of parking spots.  *While it seems odd that we give Bower one of our parking spots, (considering we do not live close to Bower) it’s because each house is required to have a certain number of parking spots.
