+Both physical and mental attendance at house meetings is mandatory for all members. Substance use at meetings is only permitted if it is non-disruptive and if members are not becoming intoxicated in a way that creates a barrier to their meeting contribution or the contribution of others. If personal devices (phone, laptop, etc) must be used, it must be non-disruptive and member must still remain engaged in meeting. If homework needs to be done during a meeting by a member, it must be communicated to housemates so as to be respectful and transparent and member must still be as engaged as possible.
